The before picture of Pulmonary Associates of Brandon.  A two story block, brick and stucco structure originally constructed in the 1970's.  Our challanges were to update the exterior, expand the floor area, provide handicap accessibility and renovate the interior.

The new exterior consistes of a crisp clean new stucco coat, lush landscaping, signature metal roof and site lighting for effect and safety.  An elevator tower was added, along with parking spaces and ramps that now comply with handicap accessibility requirements.  The interior was expanded and opened, providing better flow and privacy in the sleeping wing.
